-We need an Agent for service of process
-Must be person with CA street address (or a corporation with the right forms filed)
-Research this?
-Robbie will take this on, will send in form
-We also need to get the stamped articles of incorporation from the Secretary of State; Matt will do this; Darin will forward the relevant form to him.

>Cool Davis festival
-10/15 1-5pm @ veterans memorial center
-need help for bike rodeo and tabling. Contact Darin if you're interested.

-new coop is having housewarming event
-2-6pm october 15th, party later, all are welcome

-we should update this, in case robbie get hits by a bus
